Best of Wedding Photography | Ireland Wedding Photographer by Bartek Witek

It has been great to wake - up and read such wonderful email:

Hello Bartek,

Congratulations! We’re writing to you to offer you an invitation to join Best of Wedding Photography. As you know, BOWP is an invitation-only membership group for top wedding photographers with very high standards for membership.

We spent time looking over your site and we love both your sense of style and your sense of fun - it infuses every one of your photo stories.

Your passion, skill and experience are clearly reflected in your imagery (and as re-iterated in the testimonials from your couples). We particularly enjoyed your elopement coverage of Kenneth and Stephanie – awesome. Overall, we love your bold, fresh, beautiful images that really capture the moments and the honesty of the events you document.

We hope that you will consider our invitation. You’re just the kind of photographer we’d love to see in the group, and we would be honored to count you among our members.

I am honored to be invited and find myself among so many great artists from over the world and only a few photographers from Ireland.
Thank you to my wonderful couples - it wouldn't be possible without you :)

"Thank you so much for the wedding pictures, you did a great job of capturing the day and we have really enjoyed reliving the day through pictures.
Again we really appreciate the beautiful photos. Thank you so much!"
Emma and David

When I've got the first email from Emma and I have found Leo Rosten quote...

"I cannot believe that the purpose of life is to be happy. I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be compassionate.
It is, above all to matter, to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all."

...in her signature I knew this is going to be a fabulous day with amazing people. To be honest I didn't wanted to leave... it was so good.

We have eloped... Stephanie + Kenneth by Bartek Witek

"We wanted to let you know that we absolutely love the photos. Thank you so much for capturing our blessing. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer!
It was such a pleasure to meet you and work with you. You truly are a gifted artist!"
Stephanie and Kenneth

Stephanie and Kenneth have flown from United States to have their intimate blessing ceremony in beautiful ruins of Muckross Abbey in Killarney, County Kerry in Ireland.

I had a fantastic time capturing their day from preparations in the Lake Hotel, during ceremony and cruising in the jaunting car around the Mucross Park.
I consider myself lucky. My work allow me to meet such a wonderful people like Stephanie and Kenneth and witness so many intimate moments between them.

Please find a selection of my favourite photographs from their day. Enjoy and don't be shy to leave some comments.

New Chapter... Welcome! by Bartek Witek

Hello friends :) Welcome on my new wedding photography blog.

The previous blog served me well since 2009 and I could not be happier with it. However due to some personal difficulties I was going through last year blog and social media portals were let's just say neglected.

I needed to leave the past behind and start fresh. This is why I have decided to move the blog to live alongside my wedding photography website.

You can expect more exciting changes in Bartek Witek Photography from this day forward so please stick around and invite some friends.
